Deputy Headteacher - One Year Secondment / Fixed Term Contract
Overview
From September, a new senior leadership structure will be in place comprising a Headteacher, three Deputy Headteachers and two Assistant Headteachers already in post. Specific responsibilities for this role will be agreed with the Headteacher, allowing flexibility to build on the successful candidate's strengths and experience. This role offers both professional challenge and significant opportunity. It would suit an existing Deputy Headteacher seeking to broaden their experience ahead of headship, or an experienced Assistant Headteacher ready to take on their first Deputy Headteacher role. At the same time, this secondment provides valuable experience of working within a Catholic Multi Academy Trust and the collaboration, support and professional networks that this brings.
The position is available either as a secondment or fixed-term contract. For secondment arrangements, the successful candidate will remain employed by their current employer and continuous service will be preserved. The Trust will cover all employer costs and salary enhancement will be available.
