Macmillan Coffee Morning
Friday 26th September 2025

We were delighted to host our very first Macmillan Coffee Morning at school, and it was a truly special event. In memory of loved ones affected by cancer, our school community came together to raise funds for this incredible charity. Thanks to the generosity of staff, parents, and students—who donated, baked, bought cakes, and gave their time—we raised over £220.

The library was buzzing with a fantastic atmosphere all morning. It was wonderful to welcome parents and carers into school, and our students thoroughly enjoyed chatting and sharing the experience with them. We’re already looking forward to hosting more coffee mornings in the future—there’s no better reason to gather than for tea, cake, and a good cause!

During breaktime, students had the chance to buy from a huge selection of cakes, including delicious homemade treats from Ms Rigby, Mrs Johnson, Mrs Baker, and Mrs O’Neill.
